Graham Baba is excited to be part of Molbak’s new 19-acre Gardens District in Woodinville. After almost ten years of planning and input from customers, neighbors, and sustainability experts, the five-phase project will have 400,000 square feet of commercial space, including a new Molbak's store, more than 1,200 multifamily units and publicly accessible open space.
