PORT OF VANCOUVER TERMINAL 1 PUBLIC MARKET

Vancouver, WA

The Port of Vancouver Public Market is envisioned as a new public gathering place on the Columbia River waterfront in Vancouver, Washington.

Located immediately west of the I-5 bridge, the highly visible site serves as a gateway into Vancouver and Washington State. The market is part of the Port of Vancouver’s larger redevelopment of Terminal One, transforming an area historically associated with port and industrial uses into a mixed-use waterfront district with offices, retail, restaurants, hotels, and public space.

Designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, the market is intended to reflect the Port’s broader sustainability goals. Photovoltaic panels are currently envisioned for the roof, with additional strategies continuing to be developed as the project advances.
