Located in the Pike Motorworks building, Brewlab is Redhook Brewery’s Seattle flagship brewery and pub, designed as a testing ground for small-batch beers and new recipes. Large skylights bring natural light into the main bar and seating area, while floor-to-ceiling windows between the pub and brewery give visitors a direct view into the brewing process.

A custom mural by Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records art director Sasha Barr anchors the interior, bringing together references to the city, its people, architecture, beer, and the surrounding neighborhood. Large patios at the front and back extend the pub outdoors, with two fire pits creating a year-round gathering space on the back patio.
